Wedding Wednesday: Muff Bouquet

On this Wedding Wednesday, let's discuss Muffs. Ya, not those kind, get your mind out of the gutter. Winter is still hanging on in parts we are writing from so hopefully this will be the last winter themed wedding Wednesday. The idea of doubling the functional warmth and accessory of a muff as a bouquet is pure genius. By pinning or wrapping flowers to it or around it merges both beauty and function, our favorite collaboration! Fur and Flowers, sounds like it's probably an adult film but they do work together.  The muff in Sfuso Stuffs shop inspired this post.

National Pancake Day

I'm not sure if national pancake day is really just a thing for IHOP or if it is officially for everyone.  I choose today though to make it about everyone and celebrate in my own way. A gluten free short stack with sprinkles and drizzled powdered sugar glaze way.

You can celebrate today also, all you need is your favorite Pyrex mixing bowl, pre-mixed or create your own mix pancakes, two eggs, milk, a whisk, sprinkles and powdered sugar. Viola instant happiness.

If you choose to not cook your own pancakes, you could always hit up Ihop, they are offering free short stacks from 7am-10pm at most locations today. Call ahead to see if your location is offering pure deliciousness. Or you could hit up your favorite local breakfast spot as well and order pancakes and support a local business.

Simple Glaze Recipe:
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp. Water
Whisk together and drizzle over pancakes and add more sprinkles. Enjoy!
